Esta pequeña ranita se distribuye en los bosques nubosos del sureste mexicano, llegando hasta Guatemala. Es una especie con hábitos nocturnos y arborícolas, y realmente pequeña. Siempre elegantes, hermosas, son llamadas de cristal por su ineludible piel casi transparente, al punto que puede observarse algunas partes de sus órganos.

Es bastante chistosa la historia de esta fotografía, esta pequeña rana de cristal fue un polizón en una expedición a las montañas del Norte de Chiapas, en México.

No se a ciencia cierta como llego, no se como subió, pero apareció dentro del vehículo en el cual nos transportábamos., curiosamente justo en una de las ventanas de la parte de atrás.

No deje pasar la oportunidad de retratarla y para ser la primera vez, este fue el resultado.

This small frog is distributed in the cloud forests of southeastern Mexico, reaching Guatemala. It is a species with nocturnal and arboreal habits, and it is really small. Always elegant, beautiful, they are called crystal due to their unavoidable almost transparent skin, to the point that some parts of their organs can be seen.
The story of this photograph is quite funny, this little glass frog was a stowaway on an expedition to the mountains of northern Chiapas, in Mexico.
I don't know for sure how it got there, I don't know how it got up, but it appeared inside the vehicle in which we were traveling, curiously right in one of the rear windows.
